Who we are

TSS Design is based in the south of Portugal, led by Creative Director Tonny Schmidt and Managing Partner Maxine Costa. His design expertise combined with her marketing and end-user skills allowed them to create a unique agency, capable of providing clients with everything they need to brand their business, from start to finish.

As a team of passionate multinational professionals, we join our individual creative skills and knowledge to always work towards the same goals, across all brand and digital services. We value lasting relationships with our clients, and it is important to us that we understand their needs and objectives with every project, so that we can achieve the best results together.

Working with both local and international clients, we specialise in branding & marketing in the Real Estate, Leisure & Hospitality, F&B and Financial sectors, though we pride ourselves on making a true difference by adding value to any business, no matter the size.

Our Process

A creative process describes the different stages of a design project from the first idea to the finished product. Our agency has an established creative process which increases our team’s productivity and workflow, which in turn, creates better and faster results.

Briefing

A crucial step in the design process as it sets the tone for the entire project. The more information you provide us with the better, as it will give us a deeper understanding of your visual expectations and overall objectives.

Research

We use this valuable time to learn more about your direct competitors and to assess their communication touchpoints. This allows us to develop creative ideas that will make your business stand out within your sector.

Brainstorm

An important stage where design ideas are generated. Our whole team joins forces to discuss the creative brief and bounce ideas off each other, ending up with 2 or 3 final ideas to develop as design concepts.

Create

This is the phase where your project is brought to life. We develop the design concept by combining colours, fonts and imagery. Throughout this process, the concepts are presented to you, with your feedback being an important part of us achieving your objectives.

Deliver

Once the design is concluded we deliver all the assets in the agreed formats, adapted to the different platforms. You will then be able to use these to grow your business.
