Project scope
The goal was to create a complete identity for Lumare, a premium real estate development by Ferpocor in Vilamoura, Algarve. This included naming the project - drawing inspiration from the light and sea, and designing a brand that conveys luxury, tranquility, and a deep connection to its coastal surroundings with a modern, sophisticated appeal.
We created a comprehensive visual identity that reflects its coastal luxury. This included designing a custom logo, developing a unique brochure, event decoration and a marketing campaign that aligned with the development’s exclusivity, blending modern design with a serene, natural feel that speaks to the high-end nature of the Lumare development.
The naming for Lumare was based on the concept of light meeting the sea, chosen to reflect the brand’s connection to nature and the fluidity of the coastal environment. The logo design drew inspiration from these elements, incorporating clean, flowing lines that symbolize the meeting of light and water, with subtle curves in the typography to create movement and balance, conveying both strength and stability. Refinements to the font, such as enhanced spacing and soft, angled corners, achieve a seamless flow that mirrors Lumare’s connection to its coastal surroundings. The design merges modern minimalism with organic elements, resulting in a timeless identity of elegance and harmony with nature.
The icon design for Lumare combines a compass and wave motif, symbolising both direction and the ocean. The wave symbolizes the natural beauty and fluidity of the Algarve coastline, while the compass represents guidance and stability, reflecting the development’s high-end positioning. This balanced icon seamlessly integrates these elements, conveying both the luxury and natural harmony of Lumare, while reinforcing Ferpocor’s commitment to excellence in real estate.

The colour palette used for the LUMARE brand graphic universe are based on the proximity to the ocean, with rich shades of blue and the colours of wood, sand and the travertine tiles used throughout the development. It also coneys a sense of luxury, tranquility and exclusivity.
The brochure was designed to reflect the sophistication and coastal charm of the development, featuring a serene palette of sea colours, elegant layouts and captivating images. The use of premium textured paper, embossing and hotfoil accents further enhance the design and offer an immersive glimpse into the beauty of Lumare.
The decoration and materials for Lumare’s launching event are designed to embody the brand’s luxurious coastal essence, with a palette inspired by the ocean, sand, and natural elements like wood and travertine. From XL pop-ups, pillars and stage backdrops, the atmosphere reflects the tranquil, refined lifestyle that defines Lumare, leaving a lasting impression on attendees.
The social media templates perfectly capture Vilamoura’s charming lifestyle. and refined design. Tasteful imagery highlights the fine details of the interiors and architecture, while the refined typography and subtle accents ensure a polished, cohesive design.
The marketing campaigns were designed to ensure clarity and engagement, featuring information on pricing, typologies, and other key features. Web banners and digital assets showcase the development and the lifestyle. They deliver a visually captivating experience that drives interest and conveys the development's exceptional value.
E-mail marketing was designed for target clients with personalized messaging with highlights about the development. This thoughtful form of marketing ensured a cohesive and captivating digital experience that reflects the sophistication of the campaign.
The large-format visuals effectively showcased Lumare’s elegance, capturing attention at a glance, with the stunning architecture. Clean layouts and striking imagery ensured key information is clear and appealing. Printed adverts in national magazines and newspapers created a further impact, creating a lasting impression for the readers.
